1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Arteefa ("the Service"), including browsing our curated archive, creating an account, or downloading digital scans, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Public Domain & CC0 License
Arteefa is dedicated to world classical heritage art. All artworks curated in our public collection are in the Public Domain (CC0 1.0 Universal) or Open Access under museum-certified guidelines. You are free to download, study, display, print, adapt, and use these public domain reproductions for both personal and commercial purposes worldwide without requesting prior permission.
3. Pro Membership & 300 DPI Access
Users may optionally subscribe to Arteefa Pro to access uncompressed raw master scans up to 15,000 pixels at 300+ DPI, curated print-ready packages, unlimited high-speed downloads, and priority support. Memberships are billed according to the selected tier and renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.
4. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Arteefa immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service and its archival scans are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Arteefa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
